Be Connected and Remain Connected.


From which everything is born and From which everything is sustained and of which every thing becomes.

The Pranahuthi of Shri Babuji Maharaj through which the Divinity is sown in the heart and that Divinity brings out the light and that light brings out the spirit and the spirit expresses itself by consciousness, and consciousness tool is mind.

Pranahuthi from which everything is born and Pranahuthi From which everything is sustained and of which everything becomes.

When an abhyasi has begun his practice under the system of Sahaj Marg, he was stationed at a plain level where everything other than the pure divine is present and his mind was conditioned and seasoned to various methods and practices, apart from these things and his conscious level is of that plane called common man consciousness of general consciousness. By that time, the time before he came into contact with Master, he had consumed the divine light and no traces of it are visible in his existence. All the practices and methods practiced and adopted did not lead to pure divinity and thereby he was deprived of the divine light through which he could see and understand things in the right spirit and as it exists.

When the Divine Seed was sown in the core of the abhyasi’s heart through the pranahuthi of the method of centrifugal, by the Divine Master, the divinity which appears as a catalyst and creates the field for the divine to remain and conduct as a cleansing agent of the heart, of malice and impurities as well as charging the sustenance for the life apart from stirring the spirit and thinning the sheath of materiality on the consciousness and attracting the mind towards it in order to give the experience of divinity to the mind and thereby making the mind introvert.

It is clear that the life of an abhyasi, is no more a life as he lived earlier, he was without divinity then; now, with divinity.
Now his heart has become the seat of divinity, the spirit has revitalized, the consciousness is stirred and mind got the light and illuminated and the self started feeling the presence of divine and he has learnt to identify the divinity thereby improving his discrimination faculty and he seizes to exist as he was and no more as a common man with common consciousness and common mind and spirit.

Now the divine has established a link with the human and it is the duty of the human now to be connected and to remain connected. He has been assigned a sacred duty of being in touch with the divinity and to imbibe the divinity within himself and around himself, which is the goal of human life and purpose for which the God gave an opportunity to him, to take birth as human.


Pujya Shri Babuji Maharaj, when found such a pathetic state of human life, where he, the human being, couldn’t perform his sacred duty due to unparallel ignorant mind; mercy oozed out from His compassionate heart to help this miserable one. He brought out a method of practice and means of practice with a prayer and His Prana as Pranahuthi and He Himself, in order to preserve and protect this human race, and took birth as Human and remained forever amongst us.

The practice of Sahaj Marg teaches the abhyasi and train the abhyasis for the matters of thought and mind.

He is made to understand the existence of thought and its force and how it can help him and transform him by thought and through thought process through the methods of application of mind and thereby elevating the levels of consciousness in order to experience the powers or energies which are latent in human being at various levels of consciousness, and to harness their energies and orient them for the use and application for achieving the goal as well, not going astray from the path.
When the seed of Divine sown and continues to get soaked with Pranahuthi, thereby the process of germination sets into motion and the Divine Seed Sprouts and gives way to the Divine Sapling under the careful and watchful Eye of the Gardener of Hearts and the process of growth resumed. The Gardener keeps on watering it with Pranahuthi and protecting it from the Heat of the Materiality and from Animals, Beasts, Hordes, of Senses, Desires and Perversions, otherwise this sapling of divinity gets vanished within no time. The Process of Watering with Pranahuthi continues till the little sapling grows to the size of a Tree of Divinity and can with stand the heat, animals, beasts and hordes rather they cannot reach it to that height but still the Gardener keeps watering with Pranahuthi and keeps His watchful Eye upon it, so that it can bloom flowers and fruits Pure Divine.

These Flowers of Divine are nothing but different types of consciousness of Super
Consciousness State and the Fruits of Divine are nothing but the concentrated latent powers and energies emerged, and through the Mind only these states can be experienced as the Mind got sufficiently illuminated during this course, and the Spirit got charged with those powers and energies, making it capable enough to deal with the situation which may prop up during the course of the abhyasi’s life and journey. But the Gardener watch and ward remains continued apart from watering as well as the watch and ward of Animal, beasts, and hordes continues cautioning the abhyasi about the pitfalls of time tested in nature. So what is the Solution? Be connected and remain, continue to Be Connected.
Connectedness(state of remembrance- where the remembered and remembrance is not there) takes place through the Connectivity (remembrance) and that sets into motion the process of Transformation(of Divine) and through that matured connectivity only the sufficient amount of Divinity flows in automatically and gradually Transforming the abhyasi as of that Connected One. Thought and Thought Process brings in these results through the sufficiently developed sound mind which has been cleansed with that Ultimate Consciousness. ‘I’ is nothing but He alone and He is nothing but Ultimate and That Ultimate is nothing but Ramchandra and Ramchandra is nothing but Insaan. That is all.

How to cope up with the experiences emerging during Meditation and thereafter.

Whatever is happening during their Meditation Session is according to the need of the Abhyasi. During Meditation Sessions all the Abhyasis are under the watchful eye of The Master and those experiences are individual need oriented and are coming to the consciousness surface so as to get registered on the memory layer of that consciousness.

If the experience persists thereafter of their Meditation Session How an Abhyasi should cope up with them?

It appears that I should understand the role of The Master, Method, as well to understand the role of an abhyasi, that is me.

If I could understand the role of The Master that is The End of My practice, If I could understand the Method without practicing even then it is The End of Practice.

Then How?

Noting of experiences, it appears as essential but not aspiring and wanting of the experiences is needed, for the light to be thrown upon them, of its status of reality and necessity of its explanation by the Preceptor or by The Master.

Of this process, the greater role is on the part of an abhyasi as the experiences are of his own and personal.

On his part he should have clarity of mind, consciousness, and heart free from malice, dirt and prejudice etc., etc., to record it as they are present and existing in that plane.

Experiences on the path of practice are lamp posts indicating that the goal is still far ahead……….

Where are these experiences happening, why are they happening?
They are definitely not happening on body though the body experiences it as it is the end existence. Then where? It is happening on spiritual plane and that subject is called spirituality, and the events are on spirit. The spirit is Sheath of “Divine” which is the basis of this physical body which is the true controller of this physical body. The True experiences are originating from this plane and expressed on that plane of consciousness and leave the marks on that plane memory layer. The spirit belongs to the qualitative substance than the quantitative substance called body. This substance is experienceable
but not viewable and hence that conscious which experiences that is certainly a different level of consciousness. These are all experienced through the mind.

Qualitative substance is all pervasive and its vehicle is quantitative substance to carry that qualitative substance. The human body was brought to existence in order to express the quantitative substance. Rather the same substance of qualitative has taken the form of human body, which appears and presents the same substance in solid form.

Though the spirit is Sheath of Divine it expresses itself differently. Its appearance and expression suggests it needs to be corrected and brought to natural existence of its original nature.

So the experiences of an abhyasi are conditioned by the nature of existence of spirit in him. Proper correction and setting it right in the right direction, of spirit, is essential while training, rather that is only the training, then only an abhyasi gets the needed amount of clarity of mind, consciousness and heart get set right. Thence he started getting proper experiences as they exist and perhaps record it too.

Such training is possible only with Shri.Babuji Maharaj and with His Pranahuthi and under the method of SahajMarg.
Fortunate are those who remain at the Holy feet of Shri Babuji Maharaj.

The spirit in the human and the spirit of universality is to be trained and moulded to their original natural existence which is the task of unthinkable dimension and only Master can accomplish it, for that purpose He blessed this earth with His physical presence.

The path of practice guarantees the practitioner

The path of practice guarantees the practitioner that is me, one thing clearly that I am practicing the method.

Understanding the practice to practice is essential. This leads to beginning of learning of the practice. When practice as prescribed, it says to me that I have learnt that method to practice. When the practice becomes part and parcel of or included in routine of my life, it resulted into a form of sincerity. When the burden of practice is gone and If I feel light while doing it, then I have developed expertise in it. To you, Master says that the due is guaranteed. Results are assured.

What is that I am asked to practice , One is Meditation – An Hour in the Morning.

Two is Cleaning – In the Evening – For About 45 minutes.

Three is Bed-Time Prayer – Before going to bed for About 15 minutes.

Constant remembrance – Establishing a Link with Divine and continue the same Link, keeping it alive, during the wakeful state. The Link, How does it establish? With what should it be established ? Self analysis ? Good. Divinity is sown in a seed form in the core of the Heart and it is sending impulses, which are getting interpreted in the thought process and giving way to the thoughts pertaining to the practice and piousness or not allowing the unruly mind to wander or pleasure seeking mind to forget that tendency, or cruel mind not to persist the cruelty, or the jealous mind to be at peace, or sense satiating, gratification of senses by utilizing the sterile instrument be avoided, so on, and so forth. So I have to catch the direction of the divine impulse and adopt it and adjust it so as to bring forth to the conscious level that effects of remembrance of the divine. By this process of practice, it appears that I bound to establish a link with divine how so ever may be feeble it is. I have to nourish and nurture so as to get effected at the conscious level, thereby allowing the mind to be get effected of that level, which is a gate way for and to of existence. The path way has to be cleared of malice and matter, so as the divinity flows from inside to outside and out side to inside through pious and pure thoughts and by creating a congenial atmosphere in and around of me.

The Goal of Life: To realize God / Self within this life or within a short span of time.

When compared to Old School of thought about realization, this Aspiration is too tall and well neigh, almost impossible within this Life forget about within little span of life – Janma, Janma, janmanthara the process. That process to complete that is the time needed, which was a realized principle and thought of the life or deserting the family life and to become a sannayasi, even then it was not possible. That time or That amount of Ojus needed in the bones and Mind has to be trained and Heart has to be mended and eternal flow of Prana Eternal to be assured, Conscious has to be revealed to that level, only then it is possible.

Now I got the glimpses of hugeness of the Aspiration.

What is my strength to aspire such a tall Goal? That is The Master, The Method, The Transmission – The Prana Eternal of Our Beloved Babuji Maharaj.

He can bring out such results but seeks my time, my co-operation and my orientation and my sincerity in order to help me to achieve that tall goal which I set to my self and given the responsibility and burden graciously to The Master to accomplish.

So by allocating in a day An Hour and Night An Hour I demand from Master to accomplish the task of me. How fair and proper and even generous I am to Him, as that was His Responsibility. Rest of the Time for me to wander, go haywire, remain in rotten states and bring down the castle which He carefully, painstakingly built, a castle of spirituality in the core of my heart. Enormity of the situation, Enormity of the problem in the form of my existence doesn’t impress upon my heart so as to give enough and sufficient time to the Issue of me.

To understand the path and distance and implications He gave enough literature throwing proper light upon all the issues, in order to facilitate a smooth voyage of the journey, but that literature is in the form of books to read but not to store, though I require to store only to read and understand and assist Him to help me. I understand now my state, so let me s state that in the form of prayer,

Oh! Master, Thou art the real Goal of Human Life,

We are yet but slaves of wishes, putting bar to our advancement,

Thou art the only God and Power to bring me upto that stage.
