Mahatma when Unveiled the Method of Sahajmarg, a RajaYoga Method of Practice, comprises of Meditation, Cleaning, Bed Time Prayer, and Constant remembrance of Divine or having and experiencing the Prajna of Divine during the wakeful state of living, with the Aid of Pranahuthi, “Pransya Pranaha”, referred as Transmission, to remove the oppression from oppressed, to assist those sincere seekers on the path of self realization / God realization, within this very life time or within the short span of time, and to Spread Brahma Vidya, as The Mission of Him and Objectives of Him and Goals of Him, The Mahatma, Stressed and Expressed that this Method Uniqueness is The Transmission and The Master, The Master, who Mastered the Methods of The Ultimate and Enacted the Ultimate and Emerged The Divine, and initiated the process of The Divine Enactment, A Process Adopted By The Ultimate to Manifest The Divine, is of The Transmission, Pranasya Pranaha, The “Enactment of The Ultimate” The Process was Manifested By The Supreme, When the Separation Occurred, just Happened, from the Base of The Centre this process manifested and event taken place, and thereafter a process was set into motion for the manifestation of creation and maintenance and continuity till the Final Annihilation or Pralaya, which is emerged Naturally, in order to undertake the responsibility of that, The Transmission for the up keeping of the process of creation, and The Transmission is the Act of Ultimate, which The Mahatma made it possible The Transmission to occur by an act of Will, or knowingly or unknowingly, by the trained hearts and pure minds, when there is need occurred or emerged, during the interaction of human beings within them or among them or unknown to them, and of The Transmission Source and The Perfect Command Upon The Source of Transmission and The Process and The Method of Transmission, and His Mastery in Manifesting the same Principles upon the innumerable hearts, apart from the designated Trainers of Prefects and The Preceptors, and further His Control and Command upon the results which could be produced by the application of this Method of Practice, Utilizing The Transmission, and made it possible to conduct as The Supreme can conduct by the Human Heart and Mind, on this planet Earth, bringing down the distance to the Ultimate, and made this earth as the Centre for enactment of its gigantic Drama of Action and Reaction, a Continuous Process.

A prayer is only right and proper expression
A prayer is only right and proper expression of self to present before Master. All knower is He that He knows little of this self leaving for this small self no option but to adopt the only mode to communicate to Him is Prayer.
This small thing called my life is bitten with venom by the serpent of Maya-an Illusion with its force. Its effect are instant and magnificent that it turned my whole world of existence into Real colours and shades and glee and glitter and of fumes and fragrances, hues and shapes, and layers of existence and a state emerged in which I had lost My Master and my small self.
When that ‘awareness of my little self’ is granted to me as a boon from the Noble and August House of My Master, I wailed piteously not knowing what to do? But this existence called I is all pervasive without any space left to Him anywhere and still I keep crying that I had been wronged all along and that He not revealed to me and Hid from me.
Taking congnizance of this small living He further granted a boon means called Prayer to use it to redeem this small living state.
Not knowing how to do? Not knowing when to do? Not knowing Why to do? Went into spinning with such a velocity touching everything and anything with this boon for the existence continuity not for redeeming from it.
Chaos and Utter confusion with directionlessness state of mind emerged rather my tiny
self is, which sent such ripples in desperation and anguish and an Infinite Tide of Compassion raised from that
My tiny self’s abilities to grasp, comprehend and pigmy stature of mind and body and slavery of time and a feeble life force and the distance of distance generated by my self towards Him, apart from the existing existence of far away Goal and a small time left to my self demanded a very simple and easy method of practice suiting to my life.
What is my life? How is it presented to? Bundles and Bundles I carried down from time immemorial and all along my existence with my actions and reactions sown the seeds of causes for further actions and reactions in the span of time to come to fruition when proper atmosphere prevailed. I made my heart as the store house of that causes and created a field for the action and tuned the mind to become a tool for the fulfillment of those endless actions and reactions.
What is the result? It is nothing but more solidification of existence when that process continued further, further it led to complexness and weird state of mind, the growth of complexities are of such density that it became almost impossible to find the path, leave alone to trot upon the path resulting into complete darkness within and that further led to the birth of impurities in the form of Inhuman existence and separation from Him as well as with co-human beings and with scant respect for all the forms of existence, animate and inanimate. This form calls it as what? Say existence, rather deceased existence. When a state of deceased existence persists it produces innumerable diseases and lives upon and succors upon the good existence that is Divine. This continuous decease led to terminal decease state and convert it to cancerous existence without any possibilities of cure rather than intense surgery application and removal of that whole diseased system with powerful destruction methods.
This gave birth to satanic forces in the human society. Whole mankind is writhing with such pain not able to find any means to redeem themselves.
Seeing such a situation prevalent on this mother earth among the human race My Master Descended with Human Form on this earth and gave a method of practice along with His everlasting grace of Transmission of His Life Force for the assistance and help of mankind and gave a boon to the mankind of His Eternal Presence.

A Preface to my self-prayer
God helps those who help themselves. Where there is a will there is a way. Up hold the righteousness that holds you afloat and makes you sail in the rough waters of Life.
Prayer is Panacea of all evils of Human Existence and Life some say.
Need to address issues, need to face situation, to remain in prepared ness to tackle the problems, we need to think and thereby helping our selves automatically drawing needed energies, by way of forming a will, being in a state of helplessness, as we do not know how to go about with issues, that state creates a void unknowingly in the heart, allowing the Supreme Unknown to Act, thereby a channel is manifested and as the mind got oriented to unknown right direction, sought Un Seen Helping Hand, creates a motion in the state of Grace to fill the void in the heart and atmosphere thereby recharging ourselves.
It is a common experience of all though we may agree to the point of existence of Supreme but still the Supreme is In Action, and Alert for the needs and requirements of human race.
This process is seldom used for the mundane worldly situation apart from, and on the path of higher enlightenment, unknowingly.
In this above explained state the self esteem of the individual remained intact for the outer expression but for inner state it was in a miserable state, I think we need to accept this.
It means in majority of times we remain in this miserable state unknowingly, unable to explain, not ready to accept, keeping the false state of Self Esteem in tact and form, beating around the bush all the times, presenting the best form of humility and preparedness to the world, the struggle goes on, and on, and on,…….not knowing what to do we continue to live, there by we block the way for the correction and our mind is set accordingly, the thought is struck., the heart is tuned and the spirit trots the path of dispiritedness. We have completed the process of creation of obstruction by closing the doors perfectly of mind, heart and spirit for the state of Grace not to Act and for the Lord not to move for this miserable state.
Wise men of the time termed this state as misery and called it the life is misery and if we turn towards Lord and present it, it becomes Prayer.
Purpose precedes Prayer, Prayer needs to be in a ‘state’, State has to be a Statement, and Lord to Whom to be presented, to be of a Method of practice.
Oh! Master thou art the real goal of human life,
we are yet but slaves of wishes, putting bar to our advancement,
thou art the only god and power to bring me up to that stage.
A Perfect Master, A Perfect Prayer, A Perfect Statement, A True Goal and A True Method.
So Let us Adopt the Method, Let us Pray and Prayer is essential of Human Life and Existence.
